- IC / Shift In-Charges / Section Head
USP Production
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the fermentation department, working in mammalian culture.
- Hands-on experience with SS bioreactor/fermenter of 500 L or more.
DSP Production
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purification for mammalian culture products.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Chromatography systems (capacity: 600 L/h or more)
- Columns (capacity: 600 mm or more in diameter)
- Automated TFF systems
QMS Production
- Expertise in risk assessment, root cause analysis for deviations, OOT, OOS.
- Knowledge of QMS documents via Trackwise, cGMP review, and equipment qualification.
