1. Quality Assurance (API)

Position: Officer – APQR / Chemist – IPQA
Qualification: UG/PG in relevant field
Experience: 2–4 years minimum

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Annual Product Quality Review (APQR).
• CAPA implementation, compliance and periodic monitoring.
• Handling deviation in TrackWise.
• Carrying out new schedule inspection and compliance.
• Supporting cGMP compliance for warehouse, production, powder processing, utility and quality control areas.
• Maintaining customer and regulatory audit compliance and records.
• Supporting SOP implementation and quality assurance activities.
• Handling e-logbook in the new LIMS software.

2. Production / PPA (API)

Position: Technician
Qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma in relevant field
Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and maintaining production equipment.
• Ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
• Following SOPs and maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Supporting production activities as per established procedures.

3. Production / PPA (API)

Position: Chemist
Qualification: UG/PG in relevant field
Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Charging and monitoring process batches as per SOP/BPCR.
• Supervising operators and technicians.
• Maintaining equipment, utensils, samplers, intermediates and materials as per SOP requirements.
• Ensuring proper status identification and documentation.

4. Quality Control (API)

Position: Executive / Chemist
Qualification: UG/PG in relevant field
Experience: Minimum 3–4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling chromatographic practices including HPLC and GC.
• Working with Chromeleon 7.2 software.
• Reviewing HPLC, GC and non-analysis activities.
• Handling laboratory incidents related to QC.
• Investigating OOS/OOT and CAPA through TrackWise.
• Troubleshooting analytical instruments including GC/HPLC and non-chromatographic instruments.
• Supporting regulatory audits and daily routine analysis.
• Basic knowledge of validation, AMV/AMT.
• Performing analysis using chemical and non-chromatographic instruments.
• Handling laboratory incidents, QMS likes OOS/OOT and CAPA.
• Knowledge of chemical analysis and volumetric solutions.

5. Engineering (API)

Position: Officer / Technical / Trainee
Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, with AutoCAD knowledge
Experience: Minimum 3–4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Maintaining cGMP and safety compliance.
• Maintaining HVAC filter-cleaning records.
• Reviewing SOPs, documents and EDMS.
• Reviewing and approving schedules in the new LIMS software.
• Checking PP areas for desired differential pressure.
• Conducting and providing training through manuals and LMS.
• Preparing and maintaining DQ, IQ and OQ-related documentation in EDMS.

6. EHS (API)

Position: Executive / Officer
Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Industrial Fire & Safety
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring safety systems.
• Conducting safety risk assessments.
• Managing hazardous materials.
• Organizing safety training.
• Maintaining statutory documentation.
• Supporting a strong workplace safety culture.
