Key Responsibilities
- Understand clients’ requirements and intent for prescription benefit plan setup.
- Configure new client benefit plans in company systems.
- Maintain changes and updates for existing clients.
- Configure account structures and benefit plan designs.
- Configure clinical programs and drug coverage.
- Manage network and billing-related configuration elements.
- Identify test case scenarios required to validate benefit plan setup.
- Perform plan setup testing to confirm configuration accuracy.
- Audit configuration elements against the client’s requirements.
- Ensure benefit configurations meet client intent and operational requirements.
- Develop and maintain continuous improvement processes.
- Ensure internal controls remain aligned with industry, business, and technology standards.
- Assist internal teams with claims inquiries.
- Support internal training activities.
- Create and maintain training documentation.
- Adjust processes to support internal teams and evolving business requirements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
