• OOS, OOT, CAPA, and deviation management
• QMS activities including SOP change control, review, approval, and periodic revision
• Data Integrity and safety control implementation
• CCP implementation
• Chromeleon Software 7.2 data handling and review
• Exposure to regulatory audits including FDA, USFDA, and MHRA
