Key Responsibilities

• Process and review district transcript files.
• Troubleshoot transcript-related issues and data discrepancies.
• Support Local Education Agencies (LEAs) with transcript file management.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance testing.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL and related tools.
• Develop technical documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with Technical Assistance teams to resolve data issues.
• Research system bugs and assist in testing solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation for transcript processing.
• Communicate with district data leads to ensure timely file submissions.

Required Skills

• Experience working with K-12 or Higher Education data systems.
• Knowledge of student transcript datasets.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with large data files.
• Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS) such as:
  • PowerSchool
  • Aeries
  • Infinite Campus
  • Synergy
• Experience using Excel, Jira, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with CALPADS datasets is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
