Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work as per shift plan to meet production targets and hourly UPH.
• Set up and manage CNC machines for processes including milling, drilling, and grinding.
• Follow defined processes and inspection instructions as per SOP.
• Select work holding devices and cutters based on CNC programming.
• Translate engineering drawings and requirements into machine operating dimensions.
• Perform post-processing: de-burring, cleaning, polishing, etc.
• Implement cycle time reduction and corrective actions for productivity improvement.
• Suggest and implement improvements (Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, 5S).

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge in FANUC control CNC machines operation and setting.
• VMC machine manual programming.
• Macro programming.
• 4 & 5 axis setting and fine-tuning.
