Assistant Manager to Manager – RM/PM Dispensing

Number of Positions: 02

Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Follow cGMP, GWP, safety practices and SOP requirements
Handle and prepare internal and external audits
Coordinate with QC for required RM release
Coordinate with Engineering for breakdown and maintenance activities
Ensure daily verification and monthly calibration of weighing balances
Perform line clearance and dispensing activities
Manage warehouse material movement and documentation
Handle physical verification of raw materials
Ensure compliance with current GMP requirements and SOPs

Assistant Officer / Officer – Warehouse

Number of Positions: 05

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 2–5 Years in Warehouse / RM / PM Dispensing

Key Skills:

Raw and packing material handling as per BMR/BPR
Material identification, status labeling and reconciliation
ERP knowledge
Inventory control and stock management
Good documentation and communication skills

Manager – FG Warehouse

Number of Positions: 01

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 5–8 Years in Finished Goods Warehouse

Key Skills:

FG inventory planning and control
Dispatch planning and coordination
Team leadership and people management
GDP / GMP compliance
ERP knowledge
Documentation and audit handling
Day-to-day warehouse operations and continuous improvement initiatives

Officer – FG Warehouse

Number of Positions: 02

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 2–4 Years in Finished Goods Warehouse

Key Skills:

Finished goods handling and dispatch activities
Inventory management
Documentation and record keeping
ERP knowledge
Good communication skills
