Position:

Q.C./Q.A. Incharge – 1 (Male/Female)

Experience:

4–6 years of experience in a similar profile in an Ayurvedic Pharma manufacturing company.

Qualification:

• M.Pharm / B.Pharm (Ayu.)
• B.Sc / M.Sc

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures for products.
• Ensure operations and products adhere to internal quality standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal and external audits/inspections to assess processes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective & preventive actions for efficacy and product quality.
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and make data-driven decisions to resolve challenges effectively.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to QA/QC teams.
• Prepare and maintain high-quality reports, documents, and records related to quality operations and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and other departments to align quality standards and drive initiatives.
