Position:
Q.C./Q.A. Incharge – 1 (Male/Female)
Experience:
4–6 years of experience in a similar profile in an Ayurvedic Pharma manufacturing company.
Qualification:
- M.Pharm / B.Pharm (Ayu.)
- B.Sc / M.Sc
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures for products.
- Ensure operations and products adhere to internal quality standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal and external audits/inspections to assess processes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective & preventive actions for efficacy and product quality.
- Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and make data-driven decisions to resolve challenges effectively.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to QA/QC teams.
- Prepare and maintain high-quality reports, documents, and records related to quality operations and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and other departments to align quality standards and drive initiatives.
