Job Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment.
- Coordinating suppliers, manufacturers, and third-party logistics (3PL).
- Overseeing international freight, shipping, customs, and logistics.
- Creating and maintaining SOPs using Notion.
- Building KPI dashboards and operational reporting systems.
- Improving workflows and automating processes using AI tools.
- Leading remote teams across multiple time zones.
- Managing hiring coordination and contractor operations.
- Monitoring operational expenses and preparing performance reports.
- Driving continuous process improvements and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Operations Management or Project Management experience.
- Experience in E-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) businesses.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, logistics, and 3PL operations.
- Hands-on experience with Notion or ClickUp.
- Experience using AI tools for workflow automation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing supply chains between China and the United States.
- Knowledge of sourcing, manufacturing, customs, and freight management.
- Experience scaling fast-growing e-commerce businesses.
- Strong systems-thinking and operational leadership skills.
