The Phoenix Group is seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst to support business operations by analyzing data, improving business processes, and delivering actionable insights. The role involves working with cross-functional and remote teams while managing the complete project delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and business insights
- Design and document business processes and data flows
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Create and maintain user documentation
- Deliver end-user training sessions
- Develop reports and dashboards for business decision-making
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements
- Manage project delivery from requirements to final implementation
- Work closely with remote and offshore teams
- Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
