Location: Hyderabad, R&D Center

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Drive end-to-end R&D for APIs, Intermediates and IPM
• Lead process development, scale-up, and technology transfer
• Oversee analytical development, IP filings, and regulatory readiness
• Build and mentor a high-performing R&D team

🔹 Who We’re Looking For:

• Master’s / Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry (Ph.D. preferred)
• 15+ years of pharma R&D experience with 5+ years in leadership
• Expertise in process development, analytical R&D, and IP management
