Experience: 2 to 7 Years in Pharma Industry

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation

Key Responsibilities – Maintenance Engineering

Candidates should have relevant experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of production and packing equipment, including:

• Fluid Bed Dryers (FBD)
• Compression Machines
• Coating Machines
• Blenders
• Rapid Mixture Grinders (RMG)
• Capsule Filling Machines
• Blister Packaging
• Bulk Counting Lines
• Sachet Filling Lines
• Serialization Equipment
• Inspection Systems

Candidates should also have troubleshooting knowledge of:

• PLC
• HMI
• IPCs
• SCADA Systems

Executive / Senior Executive – Packing (OSD)

Experience: 2 to 8 Years in Pharma / FMCG Industry

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation

Job Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities – Packing

Candidates should have hands-on experience in operating, maintaining and troubleshooting the following packaging equipment:

• Form-Fill-Seal (FFS)
• Auger Filling
• Auto-Cartoning
• Case Packing
• Palletizing
• Serialization
• End-of-Line Packaging Equipment

Candidates should have experience in machine setup and changeovers to support efficient production and product quality.

Knowledge of pneumatic systems, servo systems, PLC/HMI, robotic pick-and-place, barcode systems, vision inspection, labelling, aggregation and traceability systems is preferred.

Candidates should also have experience in preventive maintenance and resolving mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
