About Strides
Strides is conducting a Walk-In Recruitment Drive for experienced pharmaceutical professionals in the OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) segment. The company is hiring for Production, Quality Control, Packing, and Maintenance Engineering roles. Candidates with relevant pharma manufacturing experience are invited to attend the interview.

Open Positions
1. Executive – Production (OSD)
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Work Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of granulation activities.
- Preparation and review of BMR & BPR.
- Ensure GMP compliance and preventive maintenance activities.
2. Executive – Quality Control (OSD)
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc.
- Work Location: Pondicherry
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis of Raw Materials, Finished Products, Stability Samples & Packaging Materials.
- Hands-on experience in HPLC.
- Calibration of analytical instruments.
- Ensure cGMP compliance, data integrity, and laboratory safety.
3. Executive – Maintenance Engineering (OSD)
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation)
- Work Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of production and packing equipment.
- Maintenance of FBD, Compression Machines, Coating Machines, Blenders, RMG, Capsule Filling Machines, Blister Packing, Sachet Filling Lines, Inspection Systems, and Serialization Equipment.
4. Executive / Senior Executive – Packing (OSD)
- Experience: 2–8 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation)
- Work Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain FFS, Auger Filling, Auto Cartoning, Case Packing, Palletizing, Serialization & End-of-Line Packaging Equipment.
- Machine setup and changeover.
- Troubleshooting Pneumatic, Servo, PLC/HMI, Robotics, Barcode, Vision Inspection & Traceability Systems.
- Preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
