Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, pages, and custom front-end components.
• Implement modern UI experiences using JSON formatting.
• Build and maintain Power Apps integrated with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 data sources.
• Develop and support Power Automate workflows.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint performance, permissions, and configuration issues.
• Evaluate existing SharePoint environments and implement improvements.
• Support Power BI datasets, dashboards, data modeling, refresh logic, and reporting.
• Develop SOPs, technical documentation, and change-tracking materials.
• Ensure user-facing documentation meets Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.
• Support JavaScript, C#/.NET, and ASP.NET components.
• Participate in testing, validation, release processes, and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of hands-on SharePoint Online development experience.
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online front-end customization.
• Proficiency in JSON formatting, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of modern UI/UX design principles.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and C#/.NET.
• Experience building and supporting Power BI dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Enterprise SharePoint governance experience.
• Knowledge of SDLC processes and version control.
• Experience with structured release management.
• Experience preparing SOPs, technical documentation, and user guides.
• Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, or Power BI.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience may be considered, and certifications may substitute for degree requirements.
