About the Role

The Web Designer will work closely with Brand, Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business goals and brand strategy into polished, intuitive digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong visual instincts, excellent UX/UI skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a portfolio demonstrating sophisticated web design.

Key Responsibilities

• Own web design from concept through final execution.
• Design websites, landing pages, campaigns, launches, and other digital experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and production-ready assets in Figma.
• Design responsive experiences across desktop and mobile.
• Translate brand identity into a cohesive digital experience.
• Develop scalable design systems, components, and patterns.
• Design conversion-focused landing pages in partnership with Growth and Marketing.
• Collaborate with developers throughout implementation.
• Use customer behavior, testing, performance data, and feedback to improve digital experiences.
• Balance brand storytelling, usability, and commercial objectives.
• Maintain high standards for typography, hierarchy, layout, interaction, and visual consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web, digital, UX/UI, or product design.
• Experience in a consumer-facing or high-growth brand is preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web design and UX/UI expertise.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Experience designing consumer websites, landing pages, and conversion-focused experiences.
• Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design.
• Excellent typography, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience working closely with developers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work at a fast pace.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and high design standards.
