Qualification
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
- OR Ph.D. in a relevant discipline
Experience Required
- 6–8 Years of experience in API Research & Development
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Train and supervise process chemists and laboratory personnel.
- Manage laboratory operations involving major chemical reactions.
- Investigate production batch failures and provide technical solutions.
- Study existing manufacturing processes and identify Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) for better yield and quality.
- Develop new manufacturing processes based on plant requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
