Job Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations ensuring GMP compliance and production targets.
- Plan and execute production schedules, manpower allocation, shift management, and process controls.
- Ensure adherence to BMR/BPR, SOPs, in-process checks and coordinate with QC/QA/Warehouse teams.
- Monitor equipment performance, preventive maintenance, and support validation activities.
- Drive yield improvement, waste reduction, deviation control, and process optimization initiatives.
- Maintain production documentation, MIS reporting, and ensure workplace safety and hygiene standards.
