Position: Manager & Assistant Manager – Production

Experience: 8+ Years
Industry Preference: Sterile Injectable Industry

Job Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations ensuring GMP compliance and production targets.
• Plan and execute production schedules, manpower allocation, shift management, and process controls.
• Ensure adherence to BMR/BPR, SOPs, in-process checks and coordinate with QC/QA/Warehouse teams.
• Monitor equipment performance, preventive maintenance, and support validation activities.
• Drive yield improvement, waste reduction, deviation control, and process optimization initiatives.
• Maintain production documentation, MIS reporting, and ensure workplace safety and hygiene standards.
