Position Available

Project Coordinator

Reporting to the Director – Project Management, the Project Coordinator will support multiple Project Managers while coordinating project documentation, planning, budgets, technology transfer, contract manufacturing activities, and project execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple cross-functional pharmaceutical projects.
  • Support Project Managers with planning and project execution.
  • Maintain project schedules, timelines, budgets, and documentation.
  • Prepare project status reports and department metrics.
  • Coordinate product launches and technology transfer activities.
  • Support contract manufacturing and new business development projects.
  • Maintain project risk registers and mitigation plans.
  • Organize stakeholder meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Track invoices, purchase orders, shipments, and project expenses.
  • Assist with change orders and project financial reconciliation.
  • Participate in PMO process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and company quality standards.

Educational Qualification

  • College Diploma in a Scientific or Administrative discipline.

Experience Required

  • 3–5 Years in Project Coordination, Project Administration, or a similar role.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
