🔹 Open Positions
1. Manufacturing Experience Operators
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc.
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing injectables.
- Skills:
- Operating production equipment (Vial Filling, Washing, Capping, Sealing, Compounding).
- Terminal sterilization.
- Stopper process of injectables.
2. Manufacturing Supervisors
- Qualification:
- M.Pharmacy / M.Sc. (Full-time) with 6 to 10 years of experience
- OR B.Pharmacy with 8 to 12 years of experience.
- Experience:
- Manufacturing (Upstream/Downstream) injectables.
- Strong people management experience in a regulated (USFDA) manufacturing environment.
- Skills:
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Strong decision-making ability.
3. Manufacturing – Senior Equipment Specialists (SES)
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech (Mechanical).
- Experience: 6 to 10 years in Pharma / Chemicals / FMCG / Food & Beverages / Cosmetics industries.
- Responsibilities:
- Support operational efficiency through preventive & corrective work orders.
- Ensure thorough documentation.
- Develop & execute equipment reliability plans with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain updated records on equipment-related losses, root causes & corrective actions.
