Job Responsibilities

Engineering

• Perform day-to-day engineering activities as per production requirements.
• Maintain biopharmaceutical production and utility equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA-based automation systems.
• Maintain fermenters, process vessels, centrifuges, RO-EDI systems, incubators, freezers, and autoclaves.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and cGEP guidelines.
• Maintain documentation and follow safety standards.

Production

• Execute daily production operations according to batch and shift schedules.
• Operate fermenters, reactors, centrifuges, process vessels, and filtration systems.
• Prepare disinfectants, media, buffers, and process materials.
• Handle raw materials, sterile garments, consumables, and QC samples.
• Maintain online documentation as per cGMP requirements.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures throughout manufacturing activities.
