Job Summary
1. Operators & Supervisors – OSD Production & Packing
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / Degree / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling equipment like Granulation (RMG/FBD/FBC/Blender), Compression, Coating
- Capsule filling, blister packing, and bottle packing
- Supervising compression, coating & packing operations
- Preparation of BMR, BPR & documentation
- Training handling and compliance
2. Analysts – Quality Control
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling LIMS software
- Operating instruments like HPLC, UPLC, GC, XRD, PSD
- Analytical method transfer and validation
3. Analysts – Microbiology
Experience: 4 to 6 Years
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
Key Responsibilities:
- Media preparation
- Environmental monitoring
- Water and product analysis
4. Warehouse
Experience: 1 to 4 Years
Qualification: Any Degree
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling receipts and dispensing of raw & packing materials
- Managing material storage (Oncology & Non-oncology)
Job Criteria
- Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Experience in formulation with regulatory exposure preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharma processes and documentation
