Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Experience in call centers, retail, restaurants, hotels, or similar customer-facing roles is accepted.
Education Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vehicle repurchase documentation.
- Communicate with customers, dealerships, lien holders, and state agencies.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Track documentation and case progress.
- Resolve customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and meet productivity targets.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Primary Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (ET)

- Must be a Michigan resident.
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Wired high-speed internet connection (Cable/Fiber).
- Ethernet connection required (Wi-Fi, 5G, and satellite internet are not supported).
