Key Responsibilities

• Handle bench sales and marketing of consultants to clients and vendors in the US market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and candidates.
• Negotiate rates, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment sales cycle with a focus on targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in US Staffing/Bench Sales preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in the US shift (Night Shift).
