About the Role
MAP IT Solutions is looking for passionate and dynamic US IT Sales Recruiters to join their growing team. If you are ambitious, have strong communication skills, and want to build a rewarding career in the US Staffing industry, this is the right opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle bench sales and marketing of consultants to clients and vendors in the US market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and candidates.
- Negotiate rates, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment sales cycle with a focus on targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in US Staffing/Bench Sales preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in the US shift (Night Shift).
