About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining AI-powered workflows and AI Agents that improve business productivity and operational efficiency.

The initial focus will be on supporting the AI and Risk Management team, with opportunities to work across Testing, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support and other business functions as the company’s AI capabilities expand.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent & Workflow Development

• Design, build and maintain AI Agents for business operations.
• Develop monitoring, logging and observability for agent behavior and safety rules.
• Create AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive business processes.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Build scalable AI applications that improve productivity.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems and third-party platforms.

Business AI Applications

• Develop AI solutions for Risk Management, Testing, Marketing, Operations and Customer Support.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
• Use AI to improve decision-making and streamline business operations.

AI Application Development

• Build applications using modern Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Design prompts, AI workflows and multi-agent solutions.
• Develop solutions using RAG, MCP, Function Calling, Memory and Tool Calling.
• Integrate LLM APIs into internal platforms and automation pipelines.
• Use both code-based and low-code/no-code platforms where appropriate.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical business applications.

Eligibility & Requirements

Candidates should have:

• 1–3 years of experience building AI applications, AI Agents or workflow automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, OpenClaw, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, Llama or similar models.
• Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Genspark, Manus, OpenHands or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI Agent frameworks and Agentic AI concepts.
• Knowledge of planning, tool-using agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, third-party services or internal business systems.
• Basic programming skills in Python.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI workflow design or RAG.
• Experience with multi-agent systems, workflow automation platforms or production AI applications is beneficial.
• Experience in FinTech, Trading, Risk Management or Digital Assets is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Passion for learning and applying emerging AI technologies.
