Position Summary

The Front End Web Developer 1 will be responsible for converting approved designs into functional and responsive web page templates using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.

The position also involves creating email templates, developing JavaScript solutions for A/B testing, maintaining website content and supporting revenue-focused web initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand website content using EPiServer CMS.
• Develop responsive promotional landing pages using HTML and CSS best practices.
• Work closely with web designers to ensure accurate implementation of visual designs.
• Develop and execute A/B tests using lightweight JavaScript and platforms such as Optimizely.
• Support email template creation and execution within the CDP.
• Integrate vendor APIs to develop engaging revenue-generating website widgets.
• Document project progress using tools such as Trello and JIRA.
• Manage workload, priorities and deadlines independently.
• Follow best practices for website performance, SEO, security and accessibility.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent education and professional experience may also be considered.
• Working knowledge of web development or web design is required.
