Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate internal and client meetings and events.
  • Arrange catering, meeting room setup, and event logistics.
  • Support conference room Audio/Visual (A/V) requirements.
  • Assist with reception duties when required.
  • Maintain meeting rooms, kitchens, and common office areas.
  • Clean and maintain office equipment including coffee machines and refrigerators.
  • Handle inventory management and office supply ordering.
  • Assist with printing, scanning, and administrative tasks.
  • Support invoice coding and office operations.
  • Ensure excellent client and employee experience during meetings and events.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in hospitality, conference services, administration, event planning, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible morning, afternoon, and evening shifts based on operational requirements.
