Kelun Lifesciences (Pvt) Ltd is inviting applications for the position of Executive – IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) at their Pallekele, Sri Lanka facility.

Executive – IPQA (Quality Assurance)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Male candidates only
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field
• Familiarity with quality standards and methodologies (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.) is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes
• Conduct operational quality inspections of production premises
• Monitor manufacturing and packing IPQA activities for cGMP compliance
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvements
• Ensure BMR, BPR, and related documentation are updated to current versions
• Perform sampling activities for sterility, MLT, and finished products
• Support internal audits and assist with external audit preparations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, F&D, QC, Stores) to resolve quality issues
• Stay updated on industry best practices and relevant standards (ISO, GMP, etc.)
