Executive – IPQA (Quality Assurance)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Male candidates only
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field
- Familiarity with quality standards and methodologies (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.) is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes
- Conduct operational quality inspections of production premises
- Monitor manufacturing and packing IPQA activities for cGMP compliance
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvements
- Ensure BMR, BPR, and related documentation are updated to current versions
- Perform sampling activities for sterility, MLT, and finished products
- Support internal audits and assist with external audit preparations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, F&D, QC, Stores) to resolve quality issues
- Stay updated on industry best practices and relevant standards (ISO, GMP, etc.)
