✅ Vaccine Manufacturing (Cell Culture)

This role demands expertise in:

• Cell revival, subculturing, and counting of MRC-5 cells.
• Media preparation and buffer preparation in mixing vessels.
• Handling advanced equipment like Roller bottles, Cell stacks, and TCFs.
• Viral infection and harvesting techniques.
• Working with chicken embryo fibroblast cells and seeding of RBs.

✅ Quality Control

If you have a background in analytical and molecular biology techniques, this is a perfect fit:

• Biochemical, chromatography, electrophoresis, and immunoassay techniques.
• Method validation, cell culture analysis, and transfer quality control.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards: AMV, QC, QMS, cGMP, and cGLP.

✅ Drug Product (Filling – Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive / Operator)

Hands-on experience required in:

• Handling of O-RABS.
• Operation of vial washing, filling, lyophilizers, autoclaves, and other critical process vessels.
