1. Regulatory Affairs – CMC Canada (Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager)

  • No. of Positions: 2
  • Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
  • Experience: 7–12 Years
  • Market Experience: Canada / US / EU / Australia / New Zealand (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and finalize new drug submissions.
  • Prepare responses to regulatory queries.
  • Review Quality Overall Summary (QOS) documents.
  • Handle due diligence reports.
  • Lead and mentor associates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Perform other assigned regulatory activities.

2. Regulatory Affairs – CMC Canada (Senior Executive / Executive)

  • No. of Positions: 5
  • Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
  • Experience: 7–9 Years
  • Market Experience: Canada / US / EU / Australia / New Zealand (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

  • ANDS compilation and submission.
  • Deficiency response preparation.
  • Cross-functional coordination.
  • Documentation as per Health Canada guidelines.
  • Regulatory compliance and GMP activities.

3. Regulatory Affairs – CMC Canada (Trainee Officer)

  • No. of Positions: 4
  • Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
  • Experience: 1–7 Years
  • Preference: Specialization in Regulatory Affairs or Pharmaceuticals.
  • Freshers with Regulatory Affairs Internship can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • ANDS compilation and submission.
  • Health Canada deficiency response handling.
  • Cross-functional support.
  • Regulatory documentation.

4. Regulatory Affairs – eCTD

  • Designation: Senior Officer / Officer / Trainee Officer
  • Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm

  • Market Exposure Preferred: Canada / US / EU / Australia / New Zealand

  • eCTD compilation, validation and submissions.
  • ANDS/NDS submissions.
  • Deficiency response preparation.
  • Supplement submissions (SANDS, ARs, Safety Updates, RMPs, etc.).
  • Export market submissions.
  • Product lifecycle management.
  • Daily submission tracking.
