Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and supervise plant maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Lead breakdown maintenance and minimize equipment downtime.
• Manage shutdown planning, execution and evaluation.
• Execute maintenance projects related to plant, machinery and utilities.
• Ensure equipment qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ).
• Maintain GMP, cGMP and Schedule M compliance.
• Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts and consumables.
• Ensure safety, documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team for optimum performance.
