Job Summary

The Engineering Executive / Officer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance and reliability of production equipment, utility systems and facility systems in the sterile injectable manufacturing plant.

The role supports production operations by maintaining compliance with cGMP, safety and regulatory requirements while minimizing equipment downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment and utility systems.
• Ensure proper operation of HVAC, Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), clean steam and compressed air systems.
• Coordinate equipment installation, qualification activities including IQ/OQ/PQ and validation.
• Maintain equipment logbooks, maintenance records and calibration schedules.
• Support Production to minimize equipment downtime and improve machine efficiency.
• Coordinate with QA, Production, Validation and external vendors for maintenance and engineering activities.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, EHS and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in deviation investigations, CAPA implementation and change control activities.
