• 8 to 12 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering within API manufacturing environment

Job Location

• Vadodara, Gujarat

Job Description

• Handling preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities of production and utility equipment
• Maintenance of API plant equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, pumps, compressors, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and HVAC systems
• Monitoring utility operations and ensuring uninterrupted plant operations
• Preparation and execution of maintenance schedules as per GMP requirements
• Troubleshooting mechanical and utility-related issues to minimize downtime
• Coordination with production and other departments for maintenance planning and shutdown activities
• Maintaining engineering documents, logbooks, equipment history cards, and SOPs
• Vendor coordination for AMC/service activities and spare procurement
• Ensuring compliance with safety, EHS, and regulatory requirements
• Handling calibration and qualification support activities whenever required
• Monitoring spare parts inventory and maintaining critical spares availability
• Participation in audits and implementation of CAPA activities related to engineering observations

• Strong knowledge of GMP, safety norms, and statutory compliance
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
