Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant requirements.
• Ensure KRAs are distributed and clearly understood by employees.
• Conduct exit interviews and support employee attrition and retention initiatives.
• Conduct and track monthly employee reviews.
• Facilitate skip-level calls and address employee concerns.
• Resolve employee grievances promptly and help maintain a low repeat-grievance rate.
• Plan and execute quarterly employee engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare required reports.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
