Datavant is currently hiring a Data Governance Analyst to strengthen its Enterprise Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities. This is a remote opportunity for professionals with experience in data governance, metadata management, and enterprise data operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Enterprise Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve governance standards and stewardship processes.
- Manage metadata, lineage documentation, and governance workflows.
- Support governance KPIs, operational reporting, and data quality initiatives.
- Contribute to metadata standards, business glossary management, and lineage practices.
- Coordinate governance activities across business and technical teams.
- Drive adoption of governance tools and operational best practices.
- Support governance controls, compliance, and remediation processes.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of experience in Data Governance, MDM, Analytics, or Enterprise Data roles.
- Strong understanding of:
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- Metadata Management
- Reference Data
- Data Governance Frameworks
- Experience with metadata catalog tools such as Atlan.
- Knowledge of data lineage and modern data architectures.
- Understanding of AI-assisted governance and entity resolution concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
