Key Responsibilities
- Execute injectable manufacturing activities following cGMP and aseptic practices.
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and maintain accurate documentation.
- Perform line clearance, in-process verification, and batch reconciliation.
- Investigate deviations and support CAPA implementation.
- Coordinate equipment qualification, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with data integrity and regulatory requirements.
- Support process validation, media fill activities, and technology transfer.
- Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Warehouse, and Microbiology departments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality and productivity.
