• Managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and service orders
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Resolving pre-delivery and post-delivery issues related to products and services
• Ensuring timely vendor payments by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
• Executing special assignments as directed by the reporting manager
• Travelling as required for procurement-related activities
