Qualification: M.Sc (Life Science) / B.Pharmacy / Diploma / B.Sc / ITI

Departments & Desired Experience:

Production – Bulk Manufacturing (Drug Substance / Antigens)

• Relevant experience in vaccine, biosimilar, or injectable manufacturing.
• Perform upstream and downstream activities related to bacterial or viral antigens.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and documentation standards.

Production Formulations (Injectables)

• Blending: Manage and prepare shift plans, operate autoclaves, mixing vessels, CIP/SIP skids.
• Filling: Manage filling operations, vacuum cleaners, tunnel sterilizers, and equipment.
• Packing & Labelling: Operate vial labelling machines, VVM machines, and printers, ensuring proper documentation.

Engineering (Biologics / Injectables)

• Process Equipment: Handle troubleshooting and breakdowns for filling, capping, and labelling machines.
• Instrumentation: Manage shift operations for maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting (PLC, SCADA).

Quality Control (Biologics / Vaccines)

• Biochemical Assays & Immunochemical: Estimate components of polysaccharides and conduct analytical methods (SDS, PAGE, ELISA, Western Blot).
• Virology: Perform viral testing for vaccine stability, release, and new product validations.

QA (Drug Substance / Drug Product)

• Conduct IPQA activities ensuring GMP compliance.
• Manage batch records, SOPs, validations, and line clearance.

R&D (Analytical / Biologics)

• Expertise in analytical method development and validation (HPLC, UPLC, GC, LC-MS).
• Work with peptides, proteins, VLPs, and biopharmaceutical characterization.
