Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams of 4–20 FTEs and manage synthesis projects to deliver high-quality compounds aligned with client requirements.
• Provide strong scientific guidance while ensuring safety and compliance standards.
• Drive end-to-end project execution across multiple teams efficiently.
• Optimize resource utilization and maintain cost efficiency.
• Supervise and develop high-performing scientific teams.
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement in synthesis processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure timely project delivery with a strong focus on quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Support business growth through effective project and client management.

Eligibility Criteria
