Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe patient information from one EMR system to another.
- Enter and update patient records accurately.
- Prepare healthcare data for Epic system implementation.
- Ensure accuracy while handling confidential medical information.
- Support clinical data migration during Epic go-live.
Required Skills
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Healthcare Medical Terminology
- Data Entry
- Epic Systems knowledge (preferred)
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
Qualification
- Candidates with healthcare administration, medical assistant, or relevant background are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of EMR systems and medical terminology is required.
