Key Responsibilities

Analyst

• Method development, validation, and routine sample analysis using LC-MS/MS
• Handling analytical instruments
• Documentation as per good documentation practices
• Calibration, maintenance, and sample analysis
• Study report preparation and system development support
• Coordination with instrumental engineers and SOP activities

Operator

• Method development, validation, and routine sample analysis using LC-MS/MS
• Operation of analytical instruments (LC-MS/MS)
• Documentation following GMP/GDP practices
• Calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Support junior analysts and system development
• Coordinate with engineering and SOP activities

Group Leader

• Lead method development, validation, and sample analysis using LC-MS/MS
• Address QA, sponsor, and regulatory comments
• Prepare study reports and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Mentor team members and review SOPs
• Ensure compliance with GCP, GLP, and regulatory requirements
• Drive laboratory development and operational excellence
