1. AGM / DGM – QA Department

Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Pharm or Equivalent
Experience: 15–20 Years

2. Manager (LC, LC–MS) – AD Department

Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Pharm or Equivalent
Experience: 10–15 Years

3. Manager – Pharmacology & Toxicology

Qualification: M.Pharm (Pharmacology & Toxicology)
Experience: 10–15 Years

4. Manager – Mechanical Department

Qualification:
M.Tech / B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical / Biomedical)
M.Sc. (Physics Only)
Experience: 10–15 Years

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing all activities of the Mechanical Lab including design of machinery and instrument validation for medical devices and related samples
• Documentation as per NABL ISO 17025 (Mechanical Department)
• Review of reports and protocol preparation
• Supporting SOP, STP and other operational documentation

5. Manager – R&D Department (Nanotech)

Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharm / Ph.D (Nanotechnology)
Experience: 10–15 Years

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading R&D projects including synthesis, formulation and analytical activities
• Commercialization of nano-material based products
• Characterization using NMR, EPR, XRD, AFM, Cryo TEM, SEM etc.
• API & KSM identification and patent research
• API/KSM market scanning and landscape mapping

6. Manager – IT Department (Pharma Experience Required)

Qualification: M.Sc / BE / IC / EC
Experience: 10–15 Years

7. Assistant Manager – QAU / GLP Department

Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharm (QA)
Experience: 8–10 Years
