Role: Associate Research Scientist / Senior Research Scientist
Department: Process Development
Qualification:
• M.Sc Organic Chemistry / Process Chemistry
• Ph.D – Organic Chemistry
Experience:
• 3 – 6 Years (Relevant experience only)
Key Skills & Responsibilities
• Synthetic chemistry & scale-up activities (NCEs & APIs)
• Impurity synthesis, process optimization & technology transfer
• Strong background in Process Chemistry preferred
• Knowledge of ROS, HAZOP, process safety & unit operations
• Hands-on experience in HPLC / GC / NMR / IR / LCMS
• Strong documentation & cross-functional collaboration
• Literature search using SciFinder, Reaxys, Patents
