Position: QC Senior Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare STS, STP, and ADS for finished products, raw materials, and other relevant substances according to pharmacopeia standards.
- Develop SOPs for analytical procedures, laboratory instruments, and systems.
- Draft analytical method validation protocols, stability protocols, and related documentation.
- Perform independent testing of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, packing materials, and water samples.
- Conduct analytical tests using HPLC, GC, and AAS.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments as per GLP standards.
- Ensure accuracy, traceability, and reliability of test results.
- Manage laboratory inventories, reagents, and consumables.
- Prepare analytical trends and coordinate with external laboratories.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and GLP guidelines.
- Review documentation and prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA).
- Handle change controls, incidents, deviations, OOS, OOT, and CAPA as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- B.Sc / B.Sc (Special/Honors) in Chemistry or M.Sc in Chemistry (relevant specialization) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical analytical chemistry laboratory.
- Proven expertise in analytical techniques and troubleshooting.
- Strong skills in documentation, data interpretation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in Windows-based systems and MS Office Suite.
