Tagoor Laboratories, a fast-growing pharmaceutical company specialized in APIs, Intermediates and KSMs, is looking for a dynamic Head – R&D to lead Innovation, Strategy and Execution.
🔹 Position: Head – R&D
Location: Hyderabad, R&D Center
🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Drive end-to-end R&D for APIs, Intermediates and IPM
- Lead process development, scale-up, and technology transfer
- Oversee analytical development, IP filings, and regulatory readiness
- Build and mentor a high-performing R&D team
🔹 Who We’re Looking For:
- Master’s / Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry (Ph.D. preferred)
- 15+ years of pharma R&D experience with 5+ years in leadership
- Expertise in process development, analytical R&D, and IP management
