Key Responsibilities
- Process and update student enrollment records in Infinite Campus
- Support K–8 student scheduling activities
- Verify staff employment and data records
- Conduct data audits and resolve record discrepancies
- Generate enrollment and staffing reports
- Collaborate with the data operations team
- Provide administrative support for data-related requests
- Follow FERPA guidelines to maintain student data confidentiality
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent data entry and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and data management systems
- Experience with educational databases is a plus
