Chief Manager – Administration (MP – 25/12)
- Qualification: Full-time MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW / MLW or equivalent
- Experience: ~20 years in Administration in a large industrial organization
- Age: ~45 Years
Chief Manager – Township Administration (MP – 25/13)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) with First Class
- Experience: ~20 years in Township Maintenance
- Age: ~45 Years
Chief Manager – Training Centre (MP – 25/14)
- Qualification: Full-time MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW / MLW or equivalent

- Qualification: Graduate with experience in Armed Forces or Industrial Security

Boiler Engineer (On Contract) – (MP – 25/19)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical or equivalent) with First Class
- Eligibility: Must hold a valid Boiler Operation Engineer Certificate
- Role: Supervise boiler operations at Bharuch/Dahej plants
- Age: ~45 Years
Chemist (On Contract) – (MP – 25/20)
- Qualification: B.Sc or M.Sc in Organic Chemistry / Polymers / Polyurethane
- Experience: Preferred in large industrial labs; freshers can also apply
