Available Positions:
Plant Operator:
- Requirements: ITI / Diploma Engineer with 5-10 years of experience
- Responsibilities:
- HVAC System: AHU system maintenance, BMS / EMS system operation, preventive maintenance, air velocity and HEPA filter integrity checks, VRV System operation, maintenance of Split AC and walk-in cooler.
- Water System: Maintenance of water system, bore well operation, softener and RO plant operation, WFI and purified water system maintenance, pure steam generation and distribution system operation.
Instrumentation:
- Responsibilities:
- Calibration record maintenance for instruments, chambers, and cold rooms.
- Procedure development for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshooting of instruments, equipment, and PLC wiring loop.
- Plant maintenance activities, level sensor calibration, and computer knowledge.
Requirements for All Positions:
- Exposure to regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP/GLP is essential.
- Willingness to work in shifts according to work allocation (shift deployment for Male Candidates: A/B/C).
