Walk-In Positions
Production Assistant / Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and control of unit operations such as fermentation and cell separation
- Media preparation, cleaning, sterilization, calibrations, and batch preparation
- Sampling, bioprocessing, biochemical assays, and growth analysis
- Inoculum preparation and fermenter operations
- Documentation of batch records, deviations, and investigation reports
- Compliance with GMP procedures
- Process monitoring, data collection, and reporting
- Shift-based work (weekly rotation)
Research Assistant / Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Laboratory bench-top bioprocess experiments
- Fermentation using shake flasks, bench-scale and scaled-up bioreactors
- Bioprocessing activities including harvest, concentration, separation, and drying
- Biochemical quantification assays and data recording
- Media preparation, cleaning, sterilization, and equipment handling
- Experimental design support, data analysis, and technical documentation
- Shift-based work (weekly rotation)
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines
- Experience: 0 to 3 Years
- Industry Exposure: Bio-industrial, Pharma, Dairy, Chemical, Fermentation, or Life Sciences industry experience is an added advantage
